Reminder Robot supports two way SMS messaging. This means that your clients can reply to your bulk and reminder SMSs and those replies will be delivered directly to your email account.

SMS replies are viewable from within your Reminder Robot account as well as being delivered to you via email.

This service is provided free of charge to all customers.

Your Reminder Robot account will keep a history of all the SMS messages that you have received. By logging into your account and viewing your 'SMS Inbox' you will be able to see these message.

As soon as an SMS reply is received by Reminder Robot to a message that you have sent recently, you will receive an email with the contents of the SMS message. The email will also contain the phone number of the person sending the SMS reply.
