Easily send reminder SMSs to all your clients ahead of their appointments.

Reminder Robot enables you to create message 'templates'. These templates contain a placeholder for time of your client's appointment. All you have to do is select the time of the appointment on the calendar and enter the client's mobile number.

Then a reminder SMS will be automatically sent to your client after a predetermined amount of time before their appointment, e.g. 1 hour beforehand.

The cost per message is 20c with no monthly contract or minimums.

A reminder SMS message is created in your Reminder Robot account and serves as a 'template' message. This means that it contains a placeholder for the time and date on which the message will be sent.

Once the message has been saved, it can be used multiple times by adding it to the calendar.

You can create as many reminder messages as you require or simple create one or two generic messages and reuse those. There is no charge or limit on the number of messages you create.

To schedule a reminder, select a reminder SMS you created and enter a mobile number on the calendar next to the appropriate time and date. This date/time is the actual date/time of the appointment itself, Reminder Robot will automatically send an SMS a predetermined amount of time before the appointment.

Your account can be setup to send the SMS either a minute or up to 7 days prior to the appointment itself. This interval can be controlled from within your account as required.

The appointment times displayed on the calendar as well as start and end time of the day are also customisable from within your account.
